The directors and shareholders of Qualta Resorts Empreendimentos Imobiliários S.A come from corporate finance, investment banking, real estate development, marketing and sales backgrounds. The masterplan has been designed in conjunction with internationally renowned architects KPM, who are based in Buenos Aires with further offices in Brazil and Spain.
